Wednesday 2/15 - CrossFit Tribe., 2000m IS a sprint, putting it at 10 is a bad idea imo, I can see someone getting a back injury from trying to row a 2k at that damper setting. the only time i ever hear about someone putting it at 10 is if theyr playing around and want to see how low of a split they can get.
