The Student Code of Conduct applies to conduct that occurs on-campus and, in the situations set out below, to conduct that occurs off-campus. Pursuant to Regents By-Law 5.5, the Student Code of Conduct should not be applied as a matter of course to off-campus conduct simply because the conduct also violates federal, state, or local law.
